Blo Deady was recommended to us via our PR agency. We decided to work with him for our opening party of about 300 people.  The entire planning process was seamless. Blo really took care of every detail. It was a relief to have to communicate with just one person throughout the planning. I cannot speak more highly of the quality and standard of his food.
